We perform AI-assisted reunion research and, when authorized, careful first-contact outreach. We are not a licensed private investigator. We do not perform surveillance, debt collection, asset recovery, process service, or law-enforcement work.
We will not pursue any case involving stalking, harassment, marital surveillance, anyone under restraining order from the searcher, or anyone whose documented wish is not to be contacted. We will refuse cases we judge harmful to the subject.
Searches sometimes succeed. Sometimes the trail goes cold. Sometimes the person we find chooses not to be contacted. Each outcome is honest — we don't manufacture progress that isn't there.
Pricing is shown on the home page and is fixed at the time you authorize a step. Refund policy is decided per case at the assessment stage; we will tell you the conditions before any charge.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant step. We are not responsible for the outcome of a reconnection, or for how the contacted person chooses to respond.
